TRANSFORMATION MINISTRY INSTITUTE
“Transforming lives, churches, and cities by sending forth mature Christian leaders for the Kingdom of God"
“And He ordained twelve, that they should be with Him, and that He might send them forth to preach; and to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils.” — Mark 3:14–15 (KJV)
The Transformation Ministry Institute is a non‑profit Christian organization with a rich legacy of equipping believers for the work of ministry. The ministry began in 2003 in Tacoma, Washington under the name Blessed Ministries. In January 2006, JGM‑International PrayerLife Institute became its apostolic and prophetic covering, and in 2010 the administrative office relocated to Los Angeles, California. After much prayer and the leading of the Holy Spirit, Blessed Ministries was renamed Freedom in Christ Christian Fellowship in January 2017, establishing Transformation Ministry as an operating ministry of the church.
Today, we continue to impact lives, churches, cities, and nations through prayer, healing, deliverance, and a commitment to excellence in ministerial training. One of our core assignments is to recognize, train, activate, and release members of the Body of Christ into full‑time ministry—affirming their God‑given callings through prayer, support, and biblically grounded standards in partnership with their local church. Candidates seeking licensing or ordination must affirm our 20 Statements of Faith, as we believe our Ordination Standards division is one of the ways we faithfully fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe that God calls and ordains His servants before the foundation of the world. Understanding that truth is the beginning of understanding ordination. The standards within our application process are designed to help candidates clarify and confirm the call upon their lives. We honor the uniqueness of every vessel and the authenticity of every calling. Our rigorous process is not meant to burden but to strengthen—challenging each candidate to embrace the seriousness of ordination and preparing them to minister effectively in the diverse and demanding landscape of the 21st century.
With confidence and prayerful diligence, we remain committed to preparing ministers of the Gospel who walk in integrity, power, and excellence for the glory of Jesus Christ.
