MISSION
The mission of the FICCF’s Young Adult Ministry is to support, equip and empower young leaders with the tools needed to grow in faith, understand who God is and who He says we are. Thereby, becoming Disciples of Christ that are building the kingdom of God and accomplishing the work God has called them to do!

VISION
To create a spiritually sound atmosphere that embraces young adults, ages 18-35 years old, and encourages them to come together in love to promote spiritual growth, fellowship, service, and to support the overall mission of FICCF. 

MINISTRY GOALS
  • The ultimate goal of this ministry is to help young adults come to the knowledge of who they are in Christ, fall in love with God, know their assignments both for the Kingdom and professionally, as well as the authority they have
  • Identify and access their royal rights as citizen of God’s Kingdom
  • Exercise their authority as an ambassador of Christ in their sphere of influence
  • Change atmospheres around them including in their homes, jobs, and community

Technology driven Solutions
  • Identify New technology to be used for Kingdom projects
  • Become a training center for cutting edge technology
  • Identify business opportunities - Entrepreneur(s)
  • Open 5 businesses each year
  • Offer healthcare and investment Benefits to Pastors and members

HOW WE MEET

SMALL GROUP: These will be heart and soul of our ministry. We will meet every 3rd Saturday of the month via Zoom where we will unpack God’s word, ask honest questions, develop meaningful relationships and spend time in prayer. We will invite Young Adults to come experience a place to be known, know God, know others and make Him known! All are welcome no matter where you are on your spiritual journey…we are a safe haven for the burdened, a training ground for the seeker, and a place of worship for all races, creeds and backgrounds…you belong even before you believe.
